Job Purpose:

Responsible for in supervision BCEs who determine Opinion Leaders and promotional locations in their respective areas, conducting Detailing/Presentation/Sampling activities and running according to plan, conducting promotional activities and being responsible for promo materials, preparing budgets and reports on their use, as well as reports on marketing activities.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Support in determining the Opinion Leader and the place of product promotion and adjusting to the specified target.
  • Support in evaluating the process and ensuring detailing, presentation and sampling activities are on target.
  • Support evaluating processes and visit Opinion Leaders regarding Detailing, Presentation and Sampling activities
  • Evaluate the process and ensure that promotional activities are carried out according to the concept, procedures, and targets set.
  • Ensure that promotional materials are in accordance with set concepts, procedures and targets
  • Provide recommendations in the preparation of marketing activity budgets according to their respective areas and responsibilities.
  • Ensure the emergence of consumer confidence related to product benefits through Detailing, Presentation, and Sampling activities to Opinion Leaders
  • Preparation of marketing reports weekly/monthly
  • Documentation of proposed promotional materials
  • Preparation of activity reports and administration of operational activities.
  • External: (Relationships with Vendors, Government Agencies)

Job Competencies:

Qualifications: – Bachelor’s Degree or HND – Pharmacy / Pharmaceutical Technology/ Marketing/ Management / Communications / Social Sciences / Sciences.

Experience: – 2 years in the same position

Soft Skills: – Negotiation, Problem Solving, Decision Making, Interpersonal Relationship, Communication, Time Management Skills

Technical Skills: –

  • Implement improvement & innovation activities/programmers on work processes
  • Develop knowledge and expertise in accordance with the functions and work fields of his position and apply it at work.
  • Disseminate knowledge and expertise to other employees to support the creation of a high-performance organization.
  • Propose the needs of each business process that is the field of work
  • Implement performance management system, risk management system and good corporate governance programmers in accordance with the functions and work areas of his/her position.
